From Engineer to Physician…

Dr. Reeve’s health care journey began in Austin, TX, after a downsizing eliminated her electrical engineering position. This pivotal moment led her to explore her passion for health and wellness through yoga, martial arts, and a plant-based diet. Initially pursuing a master’s in nutrition, she discovered naturopathic medicine and enrolled at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ (now known as Sonoran University of Health Sciences) where she pursued a rigorous 4-year doctorate program. Immersed in the study and application of naturopathic medicine, she witnessed its transformative impact on health and well-being. Yet, she realized the reach of naturopathic practices was limited, both in awareness and accessibility. This sparked a determination to extend her influence and forge a path that would allow her to provide holistic care to a wider patient base.

Driven by this vision, Dr. Reeve embarked on further medical training at the University of Arizona in Tucson, completing her education which included the Integrative Medicine Distinction Track. Her dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care earned her prestigious inductions into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. Her 3-year residency in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University further solidified her commitment to integrative health.

Today, Dr. Reeve is at the forefront of integrative telemedicine, practicing at Sutter Health’s Institute for Health and Healing in San Francisco, CA, and Quest Health Center in St Petersburg, FL. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and holds medical licenses in the states of California and Florida as well as a naturopathic license in the state of Oregon.
